I have been working with people from all walks of life for more than 30 years, and now focus only on those women in midlife who want to re-ignite and turn around habits and old patterns of thinking that simply aren't serving them anymore. It's time to let go of the old stuff and create a new path!

I've found that a common mistake people make is to start with the plan, the program, or the goal. I'd like to help you start with getting clear about your desire and the beliefs that support you– to help create a personal vision and identify the practical steps it takes to make substantial changes. Coaching provides a place to clear out the stuff that holds you back and build strength and alignment to mobilize forward!
